Who pays for this site

We provide marketing services to The Lippincott Team, and the team pays us to create and run this site. The Lippincott Team’s directory listing is a paid placement and is marked Sponsored listing. Calling them our #1 choice is our editorial recommendation, not a calculated ranking or the result of independent testing.

Where our information comes from

Profiles summarize HAR pages, public HAR client comments and each realtor’s own website. Ratings are HAR client survey results for the named individual, not scores we calculate. Client comments are individual accounts, not a representative sample. We don’t accept visitor reviews.

Talking to a realtor

Contact realtors through their own websites or business phone numbers. We don’t represent you, take inquiries for anyone or set fees. Confirm licensing, services and representation terms with the realtor directly.
